Fairgoers can also look forward to an array of distinctive food options, including bacon cotton candy on a pork belly stick and a bacon-wrapped carnitas burrito.

In addition to the culinary treats, the fair will feature a lineup of live concerts at the Pacific Amphitheatre, kicking off with performances from George Thorogood and classic rock legends Foghat. Guests who purchase tickets to performances at the Pacific Amphitheatre, The Hangar, and Action Sports Arena will enjoy same-day fair entry. The fair hours will be from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays and extend to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
