Born on December 23, 1942, in Ushaiger, Saudi Arabia, Mansur was raised in a large family as the son of Mohammed Abahusayn and Nora Al-Misned, having thirteen siblings. His early work experience began at the age of 13 with Saudi ARAMCO, where he laid the foundation for a remarkable career dedicated to education and innovation.

Mansur’s academic journey began when he became the first member of his family to study high school abroad.
