The Folsom Bulldogs faced their first loss of the season in a tough game against Mission Viejo, falling 53-14 on the road. The match, held before a crowd of over 5,000 fans, showcased a strong performance by Mission Viejo, who improved their record to 3-0.

Folsom’s quarterback Ryder Lyons managed to connect with Rob Larson for a 22-yard touchdown early in the first quarter, giving the Bulldogs a brief lead at 7-0. However, Mission Viejo quickly responded, scoring 37 unanswered points by halftime.
