Farmingdale State recorded a two-round total of 653 (+77), with respective scores of 324 and 329 across the rounds. The team’s junior golfer, Luke O’Grady-Rodgers from Carmel, N.Y., emerged as the leading scorer for the team, finishing with a total score of 162 (+18) after carding rounds of 77 and 85.

Another standout performance came from freshman Luke Grebinar of Leominster, Mass., who improved from an opening-round score of 84 to a second-round score of 78, finishing tied with O’Grady-Rodgers at 162 (+18) and placing 18th overall. Junior Padruig Douglas from Northport, N.Y., contributed with scores of 82 and 84 for a total of 166 (+22), while freshman Tyler Grimm from Buffalo, N.Y., finished with a score of 167 (+23) after rounds of 81 and 85.

Competing as individuals, freshman Mitchel Creamer from Mission Viejo, Calif., made an impressive mark, shooting a total of 157 (+13) with rounds of 75 and 82, which secured him a tie for 9th place. Sophomore Nicholas Kolongowski of Mastic, N.Y., wrapped up the competition with a score of 171 (+27) following rounds of 90 and 81.

The team title was captured by Adelphi University, which finished with a total of 609 (+33), followed by Hofstra University in second with 638 (+62), and Assumption University secured third place with 645 (+69).

Looking ahead, Farmingdale State is set to host the FSC Skyline Invitational at Eisenhower Park’s White Course on October 17, 2025. This upcoming tournament will serve as the final preparation before the Skyline Conference Championship, which is scheduled for October 19-20, 2025.
