Stephanie Walker, the vice president of marketing for Rancho Mission Viejo, stated that Rienda offers the largest single-family homes built in the area, emphasizing the commitment to quality and spacious living. The homes will feature modern amenities and design elements that cater to diverse family needs.
Located in the Village of Rienda, residents will benefit from a variety of community amenities including Ranch Camp, Rienda Plunge, and Boulder Pond and Playground. These facilities have been thoughtfully designed to promote neighborly interactions among residents of all ages. Additionally, the upcoming Rienda TK-8 school, currently under construction and expected to open in 2027, will serve students from transitional kindergarten through eighth grade.
Rienda is strategically positioned less than five miles from downtown San Juan Capistrano and a short 15-minute drive to San Clemente and Doheny State Beach, ensuring convenient access to both urban and natural attractions.
Prospective homeowners can anticipate the first move-ins to begin as early as September 2025. In line with its community focus, Rancho Mission Viejo has made significant contributions, including a $50 million donation to Providence Mission Hospital, which demonstrates its commitment to public health and well-being.
